Application to rent

Everyone who is 18 years or older must submit an application - no application fees. 

Rental criteria:  You must have a credit score of 650 or better, proof of gross household monthly income of at least 2.5 times the amount of rent, good landlord reference with no history of eviction, and no felony criminal history.  Please print out the application below, fill out, and submit it along with a copy of your credit report with credit score which you may obtain for free from CreditKarma.com, and proof of income such as paystubs for last 3 months, or bank statements or tax returns if you are self employed.  Once all information has been gathered, please scan and email to: carrollmgt@aol.com or you may submit it personally to our office located at Carroll Realty & Mgmt., Inc., 11440 W.
