Yes, we will handle it all from taking professional photos of your property, to designing and posting effective advertising, schedule property viewings, screening applicants, verifying income, background, credit, and reference checks.. We ONLY rent to qualified applicants, and we do it quickly so you can start collecting a return on your investment.
This will be determined by the current market rate and property condition, but we pride ourselves on getting our investors top dollar, and we stay on top of rental increases.
We do! We are on-call 24 hours a day, so your tenants will never have to wait to hear back and get any issues rectified. We also insure that you are informed of any expenses ahead of time whenever possible so that there are no unwanted suprises
